Our Mission:
To win souls to Christ in readiness for His return in Power and Glory.
Our vision.
-To bring the good news of The Word of God to all who seek Him by way of preaching and prayer, the Holy Bible being our source of instruction and our Lord Jesus Christ as Head of the church.
-To offer spiritual and pastoral counselling and therapy to help Christians and would be converts to cope with the challenges of the modern world and life events in general.
-Offer holistic Christian instruction to AFC-Mugodhi church members that addresses their spiritual, psychological and physical needs compatible with modern day life.
-To extend our services to other groups in the society in the form of charity.
OUR BELIEFS AND FAITH:
What we believe in: WE BELIEVE IN ONE GOD.
1. The Father the Son and the Holy Spirit (The Holy Trinity).
2. The right to life and sound health.
3. The Holy Bible is the source of all our teaching and instruction and all proceedings in the church shall be guided and evidenced in the Holy Bible.
4. The future, through the resurrection of the dead at the return of our Lord Jesus Christ and that all people will be judged on judgement day each according to his works.
5. The Holy Spirit inspired prophesy and that as Christians we have different spiritual gifts within the church.
6. The power of prayer as professed by the Holy Spirit by way of laying hands on the sick and those afflicted by evil spirits.
7. Jesus Christ as the sacrificial Lamb and that no one goes to the Father except through Him.
8. Being born again through the Baptism of Water and the Holy Spirit.
 9. Giving to the Lord for the sole purpose of charity and day today running of church business and that no donations in cash or kind may be given to individual church members. In the event that this happens we believe that these should be handed in to the church and becomes church property.
10. Peace, love and sharing.
11. That the wages of sin is death.
12. None partisanship- we do not affiliate to any political party at home or abroad.

Leadership in the Ports/Soton church.
The church shall be led in the following hierarchy:
1. Pastor/Elder
2. Evangelist
3. Preacher
4. Clerk/Secretary
In the absence of the most senior leader, responsibility of the church affairs will be held by the person second in line down the hierarchy of leadership.

Membership to the church:

The Law and statutes.
Please read and teach the TEN Commandments as basic Christian law (The greatest of them all is love thy neighbour as thyself).
For the newly converted to Christianity we will be guided by Acts 15. (vs25-33) read in conjunction with Deuteronomy 14:
From time to time church members will be made aware of other statutes that pertain to food, drink, dressing and make-up etc to help them understand and value our church beliefs and faith.
Jesus said ‘men shall not live by bread alone........’
